We have received the griller thanks, however upon opening the item the one knob is defected and wasn't even installed on. Kindly advise as to what the procedure to exchange. I will also attach pictures. A prompt response is appreciated. Thanks Message sent on the 07/02/2025 . I deposit the money through my account for order number #3327773 on the 17 March 2021, suddenly my order have been cancelled....I send the proof of payment as your request..no respond after sending the proof of payment, it seems this it’s scam... I need my refund or my order please
