"One Star \u2013 Absolute Disaster!\r\nThis is the WORST online shopping experience ever! I placed an order on January 8th. It\u2019s now February 13th, and I STILL haven\u2019t received it. On February 8th, I got a random message from \"Customer Care\" on WhatsApp, but since then\u2014total silence. I\u2019ve messaged them repeatedly, and they refuse to respond or give me a straight answer. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful to customers! Avoid this platform at all costs if you don\u2019t want to waste your time and money."

"Pictures are deceiving. Ordered swim wear and was defective, one side longer then the other.[Reject] The shade net I ordered also had holes in it and looked like it was made out of black refuse bags. When you return your order the same day when it eventually arrived they only refund 60% of what you paid. How ridiculous. Will never support them again."

"i bought a kessler mixer last month, as soon as the mixer was installed we noticed that the other tap was licking even though we open a different tap, also the top part of the mixer was lose. so i send an email to onedaydeal to help, first they asked me to uninstall the mixer and send to them which i did but not its been more than 2 weeks and no one is helping me. they keep referring to the supplier and when i call the supplier they also cant help. i egret buying anything expensive with them as they are useless when it come to returns."

The second time we receive the coffee machine back it was delivered at wrong address and the box was brutally damage. Coffee machine was scratched all over with crack at the back and there was broken parts. This service is unacceptable realy. It was not a cheap coffee machine, and it was only one month in use.
