Hi there, I'm sorry to hear the service isn't more useful for you. Emails get sent when Onedox has collected a bill from one of your service providers. You can set your email preferences to max once a day, once a week or never. I hope that helps!

“A genuinely useful app for real life. Really helps, I also expect as more areas, such as house insurance, council tax are able to be shown this will only go from strength to strength and increase ita utility. Fully recommend for what is there already.”
