“A great experience, as usual. However, I would suggest to make a system for the redeemed unused oner points that were converted into money, to be able to revert them back into points. By mistake, I accidentally clicked on ":redeem" the points, and it took my points and converted them into money. I just hoped to raise more points for my birthday and get a free order ( based on points), and now I can't do that anymore :(( So hopefully this suggestion could be turned into an actual function on your platform. For sure there are more gals like me who were in the same situation:) Thanks!”

“When you redeem your oner active points and than go back to the webshop before placing your order the redeemed discount code dissapears out of your cart. There is no way of finding it back as the code is not mentioned in the coupon confiramation email either. I lost a discount of 2€”
