“Everything is perfect, the quality is top and i literally LOVE oner active as a brand! I'm just a little annoyed about OA shipping/return policies: Last week I've ordered some items and unfortunately one of them didn't fit me because it was too big; I had to return (paying return expenses) it and i bought the same item in another size paying the shipping expenses(hoping this will fit me!!). The thing is: i think it's quite unfair that I have to pay return and re-shipping expenses when there is no chance to try product before ordering it... i mean, i ended up paying half the product price in shipping/return expenses and all just because the size that i usually wear doesn't fit me... i know that it is your policy but it's so unfair :(”
“(if it is a review of my customer experience) I think the website is very well-designed, the fact that you can choose color, collection, type of item, and so on when shopping makes the experience of shopping on your website very pleasant.
That said if you are looking for some constructive criticism, then it would better the website even more to have a way of sorting via color names, instead of only colors. Further, I would also like more pictures of the different colors on different skin tones (a lot of the models are somewhat tan which shows off the colors very nicely, but also makes it hard to see if they would look good on paler skin, and I could imagine that the same applies for people with dark skin) or some sort of guide to choosing the right tone of the color you want, that would be a big help when trying to figure out fx. witch 'off-white' color suits you the best.”
