“The leggings I wanted was sold out AFTER I added them to my basket. Maybe add the feature to hold the items thats in peoples baskets, like concerts and cinemas do.”
“I think there is an opportunity to improve the UX navigating from an item that has been selected to purchase to the rest of the items available. Currently I have to click the Back button on the URL, or go back to the oner drop down menu and chose the collection and start again. It would be easier to have a button that redirects you to where you were, without needing to scroll down. I also would appreciate having a small preview of what is in my shopping cart when putting my mouse on top of the shopping cart. I get excited and forget what I've already added and need to visit the shopping cart to see all the details and then try to find where I was previously.
