“ Ordered a bath seat for my daughter. Delivery was due 5 days after I placed the order. Waited 5 days received nothing, no email to say it had been dispatched. Finally the item was delivered 18 days after the order was placed, when the order arrived I opened it only to see it has been used and was in awful condition 🤢 sent 3 emails and had no reply! Had no option other than to dispute with my bank. ”

“ Ordered. Tried to cancel the morning after. Ignored WhatsApp and email until after mid day where they said that had been picked and packed so I asked for proof and they haven't given me this. Order elsewhere. When I said to prove it had been picked and packed they sent me a new tracking number. The courier had not received this yet, so they simply purchased the delivery, but that means nothing. ”
