Bought a medela swing pump which states in the website ‘returns accepted’ and in their returns policy states that pumps can only be returned if they are unsealed etc (completely understandable).

Also, the cellular blankets I ordered are absolutely nothing like the photos online - definitely not almost £30 RRP!!! Requested to return the items via DPD on day received (as they state as an option in their returns policy), although this is now becoming an issue.

After reading some of the reviews on here about online4baby I've actually come to a conclusion a lot of the online4babies goods are other companies returns damaged goods if the customer is lucky they will get a brand new items.
