You could save people a lot of time by allowing them to click paypal at start of check out, then would not have to type in all the details

Was going to order a full set of shockers to go with the steering damer - but delivery was going to be after I needed to fit them - at least honest on the delivery period so I could make alternate sourcing arrangements

air filter damaged in the post, not well packed allowing Aust post to damage, filter not replaced, Brought a K&N from Supercheap

I used to give 5 stars a few years ago but things have changed a bit ,1 the prices are getting a lot higher ,Online auto parts used to be considerably cheaper with great customer service although the great customer service is still there the cheap prices are just not the case and in many cases your price for a chinese copy part is not that much cheaper than the genuine part eg ba falcon master cylinder your price $220 for no name Chinese i bought genuine pbr from ford for $260 .it just seams like profit profit profit is taking over you used to have great products at great prices only for them to vanish to be replaced with a more expensive version "autopal headlight bulbs great bulbs great price $13 for 2 gone , anyway its still a great company with great customer service but not so great prices anymore

Online Parts Service is great but Australia Post is a let down on delivery and follow up. I put in a failed delivery enquiry with no reply. It’s only when my wife suggested checking Australia Post agent I found the parcel there and wasn’t notified by Australia Post. My address which Online Parts was provided wasn’t on the package only the postal agency address which Online Parts wouldn’t have known. Can only summize the postie removed my address as part of the recently exposed scams by the Postmen. Online Parts had originally dispatched the package promptly.
