“Wow. How good are these guys. Price matched a part from somewhere else & there was a minor error in the headlamps that were shipped. They fitted but weren't right. I Once I realised the issue with an incorrect part being supplied, I emailed apologising that I didn't find the difference until it was fitted. Traded some emails with Michael & some pics, explained the problem the replacement headlights created on the VJZ95 Prado & offered to go halves in freight if there was any chance of swapping. Understanding that they were incorrect and not what I'd requested originally, they went out of their way to sort out their error. As soon as they had the tracking for the parts on return (they sent a label too) they expressed the replacements. Absolutely phenomenal product support and customer service. These days you'd have to go a long way to find a better experience under the circumstances. Five stars guys. You rock. DJ”

“I ordered the parts on line on the Saturday morning. They arrived on the following Thursday afternoon. 6 days from Brisbane to Adelaide not bad . I can't believe how easy it was to fit the boot strut shock absorbers, and what a difference no more getting hit in the shoulders or back loading groceries into the boot. Bought on price and the 2 year warranty . Well done lads .”

“I purchased an electric window regulator for my VY Commodore in May. I was putting the window down and there was a loud crack, followed by the window dropping into the door cavity. I contacted OnlineAutoParts by email, included photos of the broken regulator which had come away from the spot welds, requesting a replacement under warranty as the part was only 5 months old. I was very happy to receive a response on the same day, advising they would send a replacement ASAP. The part arrived the next day, and I have installed that afternoon. The regulator is operating very smoothly. A "SHOUT OUT" to James Dennes-Selley at Online Auto Parts. Thanks James for your quick action. P.S. - I have purchased quite a number of parts from this business, and this is only the first time I have had a part fail. Kind Regards Michael :)”
