“it would be good to have a phone number that we can call if what we put in and nothing shows up and I'm No Good at Messaging or Emailing Regarding to find out if you have that certain part or not As sometimes I don't know what to call certain pasts EG: Structs/Suspension!!! As I'm a Person that prefers to Speak to A person if I can Not find it online Myself!!!”

“I only give this 3 stars for now I haven't used it yet and I maybe won't be able to get a chance to for a while because of Christmas but suppose i should be given this a 5 Star because I have a far idea that I'm myself Will stuff this job up and it's going to cost me more money but if not then this would be the best and only tool anyone would need to get the job done”

“Rather confusing process! eg asks for coupon code but does not explain what qualifies the buyer for one. Not clear delineation between various steps ... or between parts of the one step. Prices seem good but I almost gave up in frustration!”

“Was Always happy with products and match fit,ordered rear axle bearing kit and was sent wrong bearing and seal kit.made a phone call to customer service and said had the same problem with someone else with the same kit.called on the Saturday was told would talk to the manager and ring me back on the Monday to resolve issue .never heard back from anyone.went to Autobarn and got the parts i needed as my vehicle was left on stands and needed transport for work.was very disappointed.”

“I have been using onlineautoparts for many years but have noticed recently a huge increase in price in many cases more expensive than genuine dealer prices eg i was quoted $240 for a chinese copy master cylinder for a ba falcon i then bought a genuine pbr one from ford for $260 and this is happening more and more ,you used to be cheap”
