“waited too long for parts, paid £11 for delivery to online parts .They used evri parcel company and their charge for that size parcel is only £3/4. If you pay £11 for delivery you would think with being a parts company they would use a quicker Service waiting only 6 days for parts is not very good”
“Website outlined product as in stock and available for fast delivery. Took 5 days to process the order and 7 days to deliver it. No real way to check and cuatomer service completely oblivious. Felt like I was online shopping in the 90's - not really acceptable by today's standards. Gave them two stars because the website was easy to use but the rest was a fail and I don't want to use this company again.”
“After sending VIN number they still managed to send out a powersteering pump, alternator, and crankshaft pulley which are not compatible with each other !!
Numerous attempts emailing them getting the standard emails back and completely ignoring that they actually made a mistake, they now turned around saying its your own fault.
So not only few hundreds out of pocket , no van which means no income I got to shell out again because of these clowns. Don't mind waiting 2 weeks for parts bu at least check if they compatible with each other ??? Joke of a company AVOID !!! No customer service or care. Plain ignorant”
“So ordered some parts for my car. Delivery was ok. Just expensive shipping 8.50£. Then I decided no longer needed this part. Because i needed to fix some different part in my car then I ordert. So I ask for return. They agree. I sent back that part to them. Saw on tracking that they received on Monday. Now past to weeks they still investigating that part. Still didn't get my money back. Email them. So no money back and don't have that part either because I returned.”
“Order Friday evening ok I understand its closed and same over the weekend totally understand but payment cleared Saturday so Monday morning you would expect for the part to get processed and shipped out Wednesday its still getting moved from 1 warehouse to another and its not even been shipped out yet so this rate probably next week.

“Didn't realise it was a German company. Ordered a rear wiper blade for my Golf, found it in their catalogue at a good price (£6.36). I paid by PayPal, but did not check the details, and received a receipt for the £18.76 I'd paid for it! Turns out "Delivery" was £8.45, and "Security Delivery a further £3.95! wiper blade doesn't need any security, and weighs next to nothing, so where on earth were these prices plucked from? CHECK CALL THE COST BEFORE BUYING!
Their Ts & Cs allow for a "cancellation of contract" clause within 2 weeks, so I've sent that email before the thing has even arrived! No reply yet - just done it.”

“As others have said, a company that appears to be UK based and is in fact in Germany. Parts take forever to arrive - it took five days just to clear German customs. As car parts tend to be urgent, there is little point in a company like this other than to scam UK customers. Wish I'd checked online reviews before ordering...”
“Same as every other review. Appears to be UK based. Impression given that mainland delivery will take 24 hours, except they mean mainland Europe. I fell for it and ordered a part which has not arrived. Ive decided best to write off the money spent as I can’t wait any longer to fix my car, This outfit is more akin to a criminal enterprise than a company. Masquerade as a .co.uk company. False delivery dates. I don’t really understand why they have not been prosecuted for fraudulent trading!”
