“Do not order from these cowboys!!!! After a 3 week wait for the parts, I fitted the new door lock only to find it's defective and has deadlocked. They will process a warranty claim that takes 6 weeks leaving me without a car. Any reputable company would send a new lock so i could at least drive my car. The only way to remove the lock is to smash it off as the door is stuck so i have to return it broken to pieces which makes no sense. Euro car parts would just deal with this and give me a new one.
All the parts are from Germany and the grief trying to deal with issues is horrendous. They make submitting the warranty claim very hard and I will end up having to buy another lock from someone else.
Do yourself a favor and buy from a company that really is in the UK not just titled .co.uk.

“Put reg number in their website & a list for supply of rear discs came up. I bought 2 from that list . After 2 weeks they came but did not fit. On informing them I was told the part is incompatible with my car. Basically told unlikely to get money back. Awaiting response as told them their website system caused problem”
“If you're not in a rush to get your parts then maybe they are an option for you. I ordered a number of parts and it took 6 days to dispatch them. I'm still waiting for them to arrive now 11 days later, and the tracking states they're still in Germany!
The whole Germany thing is frustrating when the site is advertised as a .co.uk, I realized something was up when I had to pay almost 30€ shipping to Ireland! I figured this would be an express service at that price range but no.
I wouldn't recommend it you are in a hurry and the cheaper prices are definitely tempting, just be prepared to wait. I've had a similar experience with a previous order but it wasn't as bad, thanks to it just being one part.
Ps: I have a funny feeling this is a bit of a "front" as it's very similar to autodoc and buycarparts, all working on the same part order/stock system originating from Germany. Maybe someone else can find out more, but none of the parts are in the uk for sure.”
“Slow delivery from Germany plus they missed off part of the address so Parcel Force couldn't deliver. I contacted Onlinecarparts but haven't yet received a reply so I guess I won't but Parcel Force were great when I contacted them and hopefully I will actually get my part after two weeks ! my advice is to avoid and go elsewhere !”
“Please be so very wary of this company, we ordered some parts for our car, provided the information they requested, I.e. registration number of car and looked for the compatible parts we needed. Had the parts fitted only to find out they are not compatible and are also faulty, contacted the company who said the only way we could possibly get a refund is if we opened a warranty case. When we asked to do so they said because the parts had been mounted, we had next to no chance of getting a refund.
Explained that we had provided all the required information and their website said the parts would be compatible.
Have lost over £130, plus have to pay for new parts in local garage which will be a further few hundred pounds.
Please do not use them, they are not trustworthy at all and you will simply lose money, I really hope you read the reviews before ordering.”
“Do not go near this company. Despite the .co.uk address, they are in Germany with long delivery times. I ordered a headlight for ‘left hand traffic’ for a right hand drive uk car. They sent a headlight for ‘right hand traffic’ and tried to tell me I didn’t know what I was talking about and it was the correct one for the uk! It took over a month of emailing and form filling to get a refund despite taking the extra insurance for free return delivery. Even then they would not refund the insurance or original postage costs. They are very difficult to deal with, so take my advice and go somewhere else for your parts.”

Only order brake discs and pads for my car....put in my reg and up popped my parts I needed.....how could they get it wrong..... they did....well the brake pads were wrong....they had one job to do....steer clear of them.....not even UK based.....long postage times.......and as for sending things back and getting a refund......forget it.....

“OK Avoid this company. Sent wrong parts and then refused to pay return postage to Berlin! Ordered on a their UK website using the Car registration function 3 sets of wiper blades. THEY SENT THE LEFT HAND DRIVE VERSIONS! I'm sorry but you would have thought that using the car reg would mean they recommended the correct blades for the car( not sure how many LHD cars there are in the UK but really.”

i send them 3 emails 1 hour after my order to cancel it but just ignore me and 3 days after they send me the part i even paid 3.95 charge which give you the option to cancel and return whiteout any question but no they just force people to buy their parts. hopefully paypal will help me to deal with this scammers”
“Ordered a suspension kit for an Audi A6 C6 Avant and received one for an Audi A4 which it won't fit.
On the phone they said that they have sent me a replacement because the kit that I've ordered wasn't in stock(I never agreed for a replacement) so they don't really know what they are selling.
Unhelpful customer service,is better to avoidthem and buy elsewhere!”

Cancelled 1 hr after order placed but 2 days later it was processed and sent out unable to contact via email or phone numbers do not work.
Managed to get some action via PayPal and told to just refuse on delivery but the courier will not do this without conformation from autodocgmbh so had to send back and its still going to take weeks to process if its not done in 2 weeks I'm unlikely to get a refund via PayPal.

So item is on its was just refuse it on delivery except courier requires confirmation to take it back.
So you except then pay at your expense to return an item you cancelled within 14 days unopened.
Oh and no refund ii given until they process it that takes another 7 days and the and p you originally paid has also not been refunded check the address had to giggle Berlin United Kingdom?

“Okay, Initially, like many others, I thought I was purchasing from a UK company. I was in urgent need of a tail-lamp assembly for my car and required a fast delivery. One can imagine the anguish when I discovered that the company was based in Germany. This information is only presented to you after you have placed the order, although there is a process for cancelling (I considered this option, but opted for letting the purchase run its course).
I was able to track the package, and the part arrived, perfect condition, very well packaged. From order placement to accepting it was 1 week to the hour.
While I can not fault the product, I agree with a lot of the reviewers' comments regarding delays in communication and the disingenuous way in which the transaction occurs using a German based supplier. I can only surmise that this is a marketing technique to gain extra cross-border business - a little under-handed!
In summary, I the part I ordered arrived, it was exactly what I ordered and it took 7 days. The only improvement would be communication, but maybe this is how transactions are conducted in Germany.”
