“It was excellent! I'm very grateful, because the doctor helped me a lot. I consider it is a great option above all when you're a foreigner. As I was just visiting Scotland the kind doctor provided me the help I needed, and I felt much better, so I could visit more beautiful scottish places. Thanks a lot!”

“The online doctor was great and immediately prescribed me a course of antibiotics for my cystitis. However, I needed another course this time of 7 days to clear the infection. The emergency doctor as well as my own gp are telling me that a three day course of antibiotics is way too little to take care of a urinary tract infection and even have suggested I mentioned this to you so you can review the prescription recommendation to one week! Only is positive feedback so you can improve your already great services.”

“I'm doing well with my new jab , I've gone up to 0*5 and I have no side effects. I like watching the video on how to jab when I jab myself. I'm reading information on the Boots site only and following advice on eating. I'm losing weight slowly which makes me feel amazing. I find Boots doctors are available for advice which makes me feel safe using the jab.”

“Only just started using Boots Online Doctor for their weight loss programme and so far so good! I’ve always had a response with 24hrs. It’s really reassuring because if there’s any concerns or something I need advice with they are always there to help! Also, if I needed to speak to someone face to face I just pop into their shops and ask the pharmacist.”
