“This is my fourth order from online pound shop and as always 100% happy with the value of my order and the speed as to which it arrived to my door I love the variety of goods as well as the brands which I would pay more for in other shops.”

“Items were well wrapped and came in perfect conditions. Shipping only took 5 days from UK to italy, everything I bought is good quality at an unbeatable price! Only downside: I got notificated with a partial refund of my order, I emailed back in order to know what the refund referred to, but had no answer about that, plus, in my original order appearing in my account on the website, is complete with all the items, even if some of them are missing, and have been refunded.”

“2 items missing from order. One wrong torch sent--one shower jel leaked over pack of Rolos and pack of Liquorice which were thrown away. Was asked to provide a photo of jel and torch--have taken photos with my mobile phone but as a 75 year old am not very well up on how to send photo via email. Every attempt has failed. Am waiting for my grandson to come this week and show me how to do it. Altogether am out of pocket by £7 if you count the £1 voucher for an item you didn't have!”

“loved everything except my chistmas bottle bag which turned out to be a manchester united bottle bag not really suited for my daughter in laws present she doesn't like football of any sort so I don't think she will appreciate this”
