“Hi I got hell mans salad cram from you my Daughter loves this salad cream but it's hard to get it from the shops when I saw you had got it and it was a pound a bottle fantastic value ordered 10 came very quickly will be ordering them again from here thankyou jennie”

“3 items missing from order, had to chase up refund. Items I had added to basket had disappeared at point of purchase which was very annoying. Waited 10 days for delivery at a cost of £4.95 when p&p used to be free over £20 spend. Will stick to using high street pound stores from now on.”

“the box arrived in a battered dirty state. The contents were dirty and poor quality and there was a used filthy hand brush in the parcel. I need to return the goods. Very very disappointing.”

“after 2 weeks items were not received, it took afurther 3 days and paypal to finally get a refund. customer service was poor , emails went unanswered. tracking information was incorrect and kept changing. no apologies received.”

“I ordered 30 cherry diffusers i did not asked for substitute and i was sent 7 off them and rest was the lemon which is not a nice fragrance they tried to get rid of them and i had a hassle of returning them”

“Items arrived fairly quickly and all in good condition. Although on my recent order I ordered a gold christmas card holder and I got sent a silver one instead for some reason but not a big issue. I will still properly order again in the future.”

“Oct. 5 2017: Had to ring because on-line web site was faulty, placed order No.: #75084 was not informed then that thay did not have them in stock. Oct. 9 2017: Recieved email stating my order through WOOCOMMERCE (above order ref.) system order number 1130198 had been shipped, despatched with Hermes Tracked on 2017 Oct. 05 14:37:59, Tracking number: 1555176214877782 on 2017 Oct. 05 11:22:41. Oct. 10 2017: Try to track delivery time and whereabout and couldn't, rang Online Pound Store again, only to learn that the order had not been despatched in the first place because they didn't have them in stock and would try again for Fri. 13 2017. Not impressed with Online Pound Store and very unlikely to recommend them or ever order anything else. Regards M. Robinson (Mr.)”
