“Parcel took a long time to come and no one replyed to my emails when asking about it. 2 items were missing and in return for the 2 items I received a £1 voucher to use in my next order, which I will not get use out of as I will not be using the site again. Only possitive is that the items are good quality and great prices but not worth the stress”

“i had items mising from my order, i emailed 3 times, rang from fri to the following monday, no response what so ever... I have now escalated my complaint to paypal. the lack of after sales service in my view, is non existent..i wont be ordering again. i had a large order in my basket from family members but after this, it has all been deleted... such a shame...”

“One item missing from delivery but not too bothered about that. What I am bothered about is the fact that the Roc suncream has a 2014 expiry date. We are about to go into 2018! Absolutely appalling.”

“I was so pleased to find somewhere that sold airpure vapour candles and I purchased 5. I did tell the store to pack the items carefully as I didnt want them damaged. Two candles had broken when I recieved them but the customer service I received was amazing. I was answered and apologized to straight away I received a refund. I will definitely be purchasing again from this store.”
