“My order arrived promptly and was well packaged. I should have known by the price I paid that the items were not L’occitane as I know it but some Brazilian copy. Not what I expected to receive and a very inferior product! It hasn’t put me off ordering from OPS again, I will just research the products I order in future more thoroughly.”

“One item missed in my order, contacted customers service, but nobody respond. I'll never order from them again !!! Good prices on items, but stealing your money, cheating by packaging and no one is responsible for it. Hope this online shop will be closed soon!!!!!!!”

“I found lots of bargains and found it had more choice than my local Poundshops. I was extremely happy with my goods and I thought delivery was fairly priced too. FAB!”

“I have bought from the oline pound store a number of times and i am generally happy with my purchases.It saves trudging around the poundshops and paying parking fees. A couple of things that anoy me are when they issue a credit note for something out of stock.These just get lost or forgotten about [which is not good for the customer] Also please check carefully the size of the items you are buying, as i have paid £1 for some tiny tiny toothpastes and mouthwashes that i thought were full size.”

“I was very dubious when I first placed an order, as I have previously ordered from scam sites. But I was completely floored by everything! I had emails everyday to let me know the progress of my order and it arrived the day after I ordered, on standard shipping! Completely amazing site, amazing service, happy to order again and again!”
