“I'm very happy with my purchase, i received everything in a short amount of time. I would like to suggest to change your contract with Hermes because they are charging so much money from people and they don't deliver in time to most of the people !”

“Delivery didn't turn up. Emails took forever to get responded to. Then was told my package was lost. Heard nothing since and been offered no money back either!! Terrible customer service, not professional and no delivery!!!”

“The products were dirty or discoloured and all pretty much the same, 4 lots of men's hair products, day and night cream, 3 lots of baby nappy cream. I trailed this mystery box due to an online website I follow to have seen some amazing product giveaway (mystery boxes) but overall Im pretty disappointed with everything I received. Especially from people who don't know me or my personal situation I think your products were a little bit of kick in the teeth. I think your products need to be relevant and to most people's likes.”

“Packaging was pretty bleak a large box for minimal items with a handful of polystyrene swirls thrown in. 1 product out of date plus product details in another language, helpful if your anything but English! Another different from what I ordered and one item missed off completely. I ordered two other bits that were great value for money. Its the chance you take, I doubt I'll order from here again. I've contacted about my missing item to which I've not received a reply. My advice, don't get too wrapped up in this website, if something looks or seems to be too good it probably is!! I wish I'd of read reviews first as many have experienced same issues. Just be warey”

“Prices were great However the substitutions made were not great. Same item just different patterns. Should have been asked if I wanted before posting out. I was offered to post them back and I’d get refund but really wasn’t worth it. I will use them again and hope this was a one off.”

“I had read previous reviews of people having items missing etc but I still gave shopping a go as there were some bargains, I was very pleased with the service, every item arrived in good condition and I will use again. Free p&p promos would be good for this store because a cheap shop sometimes isn’t worth it if p&p is on top.”
