Hi Mohamed, The signature space on the front of the certificate is for you to sign as the "Trainee." The signature space on the back of the card is for workplace-specific training only, as specified on the certificate text above the wallet card. We add this to certificates for employers' convenience so they do not have to create a separate document. If your employer will perform additional workplace-specific training, they will sign the back of the card. Otherwise, it can remain blank. I checked our customer support logs, and I don't see any incoming calls, messages, or emails from you. Did you reach out to our customer service team inquiring about this? I've reached out to you direclty via DM as well.

Three minor corrections with the materials: (1) United Nations not noted in course but part of a quiz answer (2) 16 SDS Sections, Section 3 Missing (3)Module review Labels and Safety Data Sheets, at the third point, "Workplace labels are "differemt"" (spelled Incorrectly) should be "different"”
