Hi Janice, I'm very sorry for the issues that you experienced while trying to complete your training. Unfortunately, our hosting provider, Google Cloud Services, had intermittent issues that affected the server that our site runs on the day that you were completing your training. As soon as we learned of the issue, we were in contact and working with their team to resolve the issues as quickly as possible. We ultimately had our site moved to a different server to avoid continued issues and this resolved the problem. This is very unusual as google cloud servers are extremely reliable and very rarely cause issues. Again, I'm truly sorry that we let you down.
