“It was informative and interesting. Better presentation than WorkSafeBC with manual and exercises. It took me an hour and 20 minutes to complete. The fee of $29.95 for a certificate seems excessive. We have a staff of 10 and $300 for all to complete is high.”

“The site was not user-friendly. Plus, some people received the password email, but TM was covering it. I had to re-send it multiple times to different email addresses. One of our employees completed the test and the dashboard still says incomplete.”

The course videos are embedded into our site using one of the most reliable video providers available and it's very uncommon to have this type of issue.
