“Product was slightly damaged but painted over due to the waiting time for the mirror I decided to put up with the fault rather than return. It was a little annoying as the mirror was £149”

“Excellent communications on delivery status updates, prompt delivery (slight delay because of the lockdown but I'd consider it as 'prompt' given the circumstances!) and well packaged. It is a very comfortable chair too! Thank you!”

“Online shopping experience is great but delivery is poor. My order was delivered to the wrong address and left there even though the recipient said it’s not theirs. The address and contact details on the package was correct so not acceptable.”

“Hi recently purchased a rug off you I order grey it as come it shadows a lot which is not a problem but the shadowing is very dark green will be returning this rug if you could ley me know the return procedure cannot fault the service on time as stated just the rug itself many thanks Mrs laud”

“Horrendous. I ordered a rug for over £100 2 weeks ago. Was sent a rug that’s clearly not the rug I ordered. Contacted customer support and sent off images of the rug I received etc. 5 days ago and have heard nothing back. Extremely disappointed.”
