“I loved my purchase of 2 sideboards but the colour is completely different- supposed to be navy but is a greeny grey. I e-mailed to say so. I got a reply from the customer service who had'cut and pasted' terms and conditions and that colours may vary. Didn't expect such an abrasive response. Won't use nor reccommend this company.”

“I ordered two bedside tables, which arrived promptly. One was just as described, the other was marked from packaging on each of the four corners and I could not polish it off. I emailed with photos and had a response to say they were looking into it. I have followed up twice since and a week later still no response. A shame as the tables were otherwise very nice but I'm left with a marked table.”

“Contacted customer service on Monday to see if the product I wanted would be able to be delivered by the weekend. Very speedy and polite response assuring me that if I ordered that day it would be here in plenty of time. Placed the order in the evening and the stool was delivered on Wednesday, lovely item we are very pleased with it.”

“Simple and prompt service. The 75cm dog coat was exactly as described and fitted perfectly to our St Bernard/GSD X. He probably doesn't need the fleece that will probably overheat him with his dense natural coat but the waterproof element is well designed and will save considerable drying-out, both above and below.”

“Bought 2 bedside tables via pre-order. I received an email update advising of a delay on the anticipated delivery date, but they turned up a week later on the same day I received a further email update letting me know that they are on the way. Very pleased with the items, well made and good quality, final assembly was also really straightforward. Overall good value for money.”
