“I absolutely love my gold coasters, they go lovely against my burgundy furniture. I am going to order 4 more. The wooden bowl is a perfect size for nuts. The items arrived speedily and nicely packaged. Thank you.”

“I ordered a mirror large mirrored plate for candles. It arrived quickly and on time and fully packaged however it was damaged ( chips on the sides). I emailed the company and after investigating it they happily offered a discount of the full price I paid.”

“First chair out of order of 2 arrived damaged, second chair arrived 2 weeks later, Im still waiting on replacement to the damaged chair almost a month down line from original transaction. Holly in CS been good at responding however think your supplier has let you down badly which not my issue and reason I will not transact with you again or recommend you.”

As you mention, the supplier did indeed have some issues with the delivery of your chair, which are clearly unsatisfactory and we have taken this up with them directly. “I am more than pleased with the quality of the product, the rapidity of delivery, as well as the after sales assistance. I was thinking to return the product - Wicker Dog Bed, because my doggy couldn't adapt to her new bed the first day . I have contacted Only Home to enquire about the returns policy. They've responded quickly. I was all set up to send the product back, but in the meantime, my doggy managed to finally accept the bed, so didn't have to do it. However and to my pleasant surprise, Only home after sales contacted me again after couple of days to ask how am I managing the return process.”
