“I could not be happier with these chairs! They are PERFECT. They are stylish and reasonably priced. The ergonomic design is very comfortable. They arrived in less time than promised, were well packed and assembly was straightforward. I also bought the matching cushion pads which make them even more comfortable.”

“The tables were just what I wanted to go beside my settee and to clear the “rubbish” off the tabletop and into the drawer space. They’re smart, contemporary, and go well with the “driftwood “ design of my floor tiles. Couldn’t have wished for better, at such a good price and sustainable too!”

“This chair was delivered with no date or time turned up early morning and left outside in the rain . Chair itself hard no comfort and colour a real blue not navy ok but not the best .”

“Beware....... the 14-day return window, - and there's no flexibility. So many retailers have a 28-day return window, and even those are extending deadlines , in the current circumstances, but not this one. So we overlooked this - yes, our mistake, but I don't feel this is real customer service. The thing is, it won't make me want to buy again or recommend. Is that what business wants?”

Thank you for your feedback. Our Returns policy is clearly shown on our website which states that you must contact us within 14 days from the delivery date to request a return. I can see that your order was delivered to you 33 days ago which is unfortunately considerably outside the returns window. I am sorry that we have not been able to assist with your return on this occasion.

“Had to organise my own return which is the first time ever I have had to do this with a company. With internet companies where you can’t see the goods, there is an expectation that returns will be easy but onlyhome just advised me to ring up my own company and organise it. I won’t be ordering with them again.”
