“Fabulous speedy service especially over festive period. Side table absolutely stunning...was even nicer in real life! Love it. Beautifully made. Perfectly packaged and very easy to assemble. Goes perfectly with my little Bee Theme for the grandkids coming for sleepovers.Will definitely use OnlyHome.co.uk again.”

“Item looks great and feels like good quality mango wood. A lovely natural chestnut finish applied to the wood. My only small negative is that it should be clearer that the runners are made from wood and not steel/soft closers etc. Some felt pads on the bottom would be nice too as that’s very cheap. Maybe fabric lined bottoms in the drawers but that is really nitpicking.”

“Ordered the Artisan Hive - bone inlay 2 drawer chest between Christmas and New Year. I emailed first to establish if item in stock and how long till delivery. I got a response next day advising that it was in stock and would be delivered either end of week or early w/c 06/01/20. It arrived today 03/01/20. I absolutely love it!!! Beautifully packed, in perfect condition. Solid, well made, stunning piece of furniture which is perfect for my “bee theme” spare bedroom for my grandchildren. I can honestly say the customer service has been second to none! Would highly recommend using this company and this particular piece of furniture more than met my expectations especially for what I paid (got it in sale...so added bonus) All I need is to find a small bookcase to match! Hopefully the company will start to make these too very soon.”

“I dont know why it took over 3 weeks to receive the product. I like the product but other retailers have the same product with free 3-5 working day delivery so i dont believe i will be shopping with yourselves again.”

“So disappointing. They don’t despatch quickly, they take days to even confirm the item (that you have bought and paid for) is in stock, and then when it isn’t they take ages again. The customer services consists of one empathy-bereft person, and I have real concerns that if my chairs don’t stand the test of time I will get, again, no real level of attention or service. I bought the items for a specific event at home, and it was weeks before resolved. Avoid.”

“At first when I had a question regarding my order I felt frustrated that there was no direct phone line that I could call. I then found how I could send a message and also the online chat line. Both were very responsive and helpful and very quick to respond! Thank you to your team.”
