“I'm glad I ignored the other reviews as the delivery was extremely fast of the two blue lamps I ordered. My only quibble is that the lamp description did not mention they are Harp & finial fitting lamps so they’re actually quite hard to buy a new lampshade for. I didn’t love the plain white lampshades but figured I would buy a new one once the lamps arrived however it’s hard in the UK to find this kind of lampshade that matches the lamp fitting. I’ve recovered them with fabric so it’s fine but I really think the description should have said.”

“Very pleased with the kitchen stools, however I’m still waiting to receive a black rubber for one of the stools leg that was missing and I had to tighten up a few screws. Thank you”

“Bought two garden lounge chairs, which arrived in great condition just three days later. Very happy with chairs and delivery, but less so with the huge amount of bubble wrap they were wrapped in. We now have two rolls of bubble wrap of ca 30mtr each.”

“The desk that I purchased exceeded expectations and was delivered very quickly at a challenging time. Fantastic customer service, i had initially ordered a different product which had delivery issues due to covid-19, however the team helped me identifying alternate options which were in stock and updated my order.”

“I highly recommend Only Home. I used them for the first time a week or so ago to buy a bedroom chair. I received regular updates on progress and the courier arrived exactly when advised. The chair was well packaged and exactly as described on the website. I am delighted with both my buy and the service. I will use Only Home again.”

“In normal times I would say time from order to receiving goods was overlong. However, considering the impact the virus is having on society, I consider the process completely acceptable and when things return to normal I would not hesitate in ordering again.”
