I am very pleased with the quality of products that I have purchased through this site. It is just a shame that their administration lets them down, which is why I think they may have had adverse reviews in the past. Will definitely consider them when buying more products.

I ordered a cheeseboard from Only Home for my son who lives in Norway i like to buy quality products made in Scotland so this was ideal it's beautifully made and the Thistle design is perfect very well packaged and prompt delivery

I have rated the product inventors lounge chair as 5 star as it is a lovely piece of furniture and arrived dead on the six weeks I was told However the courier only text me on the morning he was delivering and left the chair in my drive with no card or anything to say it had been delivered lucky it did not rain before I managed to bring it in So chair is comfortable and lovely courier needs looking at! I would buy again

I was appalled at the £60 delivery charge to Northern Ireland applied for a light to medium weight parcel. Other providers deliver free or charge around £5 - £15

Thanks for your review. We're always evaluating our shipping procedures to ensure that we're competitive so I apologise that you feel the delivery in this case was too high. We charge delivery on orders over a certain amount so there's transparency about these costs but if we can offer a cheaper shipping method for these items in future we will absolutely do so. Bought a set of drawers for £600, never arrived. 15 days later and no sign of shipment or update. Company sent a tracking number for shipment on placing the order, the courier confirmed directly to me that shipment was cancelled and the courier never received the item. Only home seem incapable of resolving or returning calls. A very very expensive mistake, heed the warnings.

Purchased 6 dining chairs which were delivered early and well packed. Very happy with the service and would most certainly recommend "Only Home" to everyone.

Ordered a mirror that came damaged, emailed the company and a new one was sent out and damaged one picked up within the week... very impressed with the service.

Unfortunately I have had significant challenges. The item I purchased said it was in stock and gave me delivery date. I then received an email saying it wasn’t in stock and would be a week later. I wouldn’t have bought initially knowing this as it was a present for my sister and arrived later than the day. When it arrived, a leg was stuck inside the drawer (media unit) which I am still yet to be able to remove. It has taken many emails back and forth to find a solution which is that I will be sent a new piece next month! This piece has to be collected, which is still yet to be arranged. Very frustrating experience so far. In only homes defence they gave me 15% refund. Not that his covers the inconvenience I have dealt with. And my sister still waits for her present.

Although a little tricky to begin with when order was sent wrong but was resolved and sorted swiftly but customer service does need some work as correspondence was weak but overall the items where well made and worth the money spent

Ordered some dining chairs... the website wasn't updating my order status after 48 hrs, so I had to chase up customer services as to when I could expect delivery. When they arrived, one of the chairs was damaged and had a hole in it. They tried to blame the courier for the damage, but anyone could see that a thin plastic sheet covering chair seats, in a box next to metal chair legs isn't good enough.

I am very sorry to hear that one of the seats arrived damaged. This was our first time shopping at Only Home and I was delighted. Our stools came very quickly. We had a small issue with one of the stools and the situation was swiftly rectified by the customer service team. I would definitely shop on this site again.
