“The dog Coat was delivered quickly. Lovely quality. Well worth the price. Not used it yet as rain has stopped and the weather is now not as cold. Our young Flat-Coat does look smart in it tho’.”

“The chair is very comfortable. It is exactly as described on the website of only home. The only unexpected thing was the smell. It is not pleasant. I imagine it must be either glue or the leather tanning. Hopefully it becomes less pungent with time.”

“Great chairs that go perfectly with our dining table and bench. They come with the seat detached but are very easy to assemble and the Only Home website has a helpful video to help level the legs. I looked at a few similar chairs online and chose these as they are slightly larger.”

“The dining room chairs I ordered are lovely they are good quality and really comfortable , no problems with the delivery which I usually do because they cannot find my house very easy The only problem is I ordered 1 chair to see if I liked the shape when i ordered 7 more they are a different shape to one i ordered originally , so I have one odd chair . but apart from that one very happy customer”

“Product is good but they use DPD to deliver and they were awful. I put the correct address on my order details but DPD decided to delete a line which made the delivery very difficult. Spoke to a very helpful person at DPD who checked the address, agreed I had put in the correct address and would message the driver with the missing line. Fnally delivered on the third attempt and the delivery driver obviously didn't get the message and tried to say it was my fault! Won't use Only Home if they continue to use DPD.”

We choose to use DPD as they are usually the most efficient courier and take care of our customers parcels in a way that we have found other couriers do not. DPD also give the most flexible options to our customers for rearranging a delivery if it is due at an inconvenient time. Our Customer Success Team is always available to help with issues relating to couriers, to ensure that they are sorted quickly for our customers. I am just sorry that you did not alert us to these issues at the time as I am confident we would have been able to resolve this more swiftly.
