“I bought 60 big sexy roses for my wife's birthday and got a message the day before that you had not got any delivery!
You promised to arrange for similar roses to be delivered but they were clearly smaller and shorter than what I had paid for.
On top of that you delivered 4 vases that were not what I had bought and far too high and far too cramped for 15 stems for the smaller and shorter roses.
I had to go to Moyses Stevens to get it sorted so I will go back there as I am a big 'consumer' of roses!”
We are sorry that you were dissapointed with our service. As soon as we found out our shipment was delayed we phoned and advised that the red roses previously ordered may be slightly different, in order to be able to deliver them, but still red as requested. To apologise for the inconvenience we offered to add more roses at no extra cost.
In regards to the chosen Cylinder vase, it was measured in store and was exactly the height requested but slightly wider, making sure the roses would not be cramped.
The day after the roses were delivered we telephoned to make sure that you were happy with the product and if there was anything else we could do and you informed us that your wife was happy.
We are sorry that you were dissapointed with our service, as we did all we could to remedy the situation and in the future we will strive to make sure that it doesn't occur again. We were thrilled to hear that your wife received and enjoyed her roses
“The web booking system is a disaster! If you are going to have one - it needs to work properly! This was the second time it was not able to complete the order and I had to telephone it in. Happy with the flowers. Delivered only 15 minutes outside of the agreed slot.”
