“Whilst i believe that the candidates had a positive experience, we did have one candidate fail the test at the end. However, as a company, we would like to address where this shortfall came but have not had any specific feedback to allow us to do this. After several emails through a 3rd party we have ascertained that they failed by 1 mark. We believe that there may be some extenuating circumstances for this and need to understand better, directly from the trainer, what his thoughts were on the day”
“The training content was flexible and the trainer was knowledgeable and was able to enter into discussions of the specifics of manual handling in our business.
The trainer was a little lacking in enthusiasm, but it was the first week after Christmas.
The training certificates have been very delayed though, despite several requests so cannot rate them higher than 3 at this time.”
