“The booking experience was very good, the price was very competitive and the process was quite easy. There are 2 suggestions that would improve the whole experience further.
These are:-
First having all the extra fees being on one page during the booking instead of over a few pages I.e luggage on opening page but transfers etc on last page.
Second when progressing throughout the booking process, after moving backwards to check something, you had to re-type some information, which was a little frustrating.”
“I always book my holidays with On The Beach because they are a reputable company who are Atol protected. It is also possible to pay for your holiday in manageable payments. I have also found that if for some reason you holiday cannot go ahead ie; Covid then OTB pay you back really quickly in a matter of days so really it is a no brainer why I use on the beach.”
