Has anyone else booked a four day trip with On The Beach package hotel and flight only to be told that the hotel only accepts five nights instead of four and then they send you the details of the five nights you accept it only to find that the flight has not been changed and is still a return flight on the fourth day of fifth day so that you only do four nights. Subsequently, this means that you’re paying for a fifth night but returning four nights into the holiday. On The Beach will not refund the difference or compensate. I felt scammed as this was for my daughter’s birthday and it was very disappointing however we are still going to go on the trip . We have also noticed that the room which we had booked for three of us is a double room so they might be problems with that. Hopefully we don’t get charged again. Can anyone else let us know you’ve had a similar problem because I think this is a scam.
Please please stop playing that Christmas song I hate it and I will never go with you because of that you think that people think they won't forget that song but it's gone beyond a joke so it's a know from me ?
I might have to change a surname on my booking as my granddaughter’s dog are her passport so the nee passport will probably be in her nee name and I wondered if there would be a charge and how much
