“Worst experience ever. Ordered shirts in the wrong color, realized within 6 hours of placing order, even asked for an "artwork design approval" which I never approved, and was told it's too late to make changes. Customer service just kept reading a script telling me I'm screwed. Can't use the wrong color shirts. Incredibly unhappy customer who did not have his issue addressed, even though there are safeguards in place.”

“I searched several big on-line printing companies, including the one whose ads we see constantly on TV. I was told by all that I contacted that my design was too complex and difficult to reproduce the way that I wanted it, and it would have to be reduced in size but still full color and the prices were prohibitive for my budget. As soon as I contacted Oo Shirts and talked with Darlene, their online representative, I never heard another negative remark and "of course they could print my shirt just the way that i wanted it". And, they did it at the lowest price I found from at least 10 other companies. The all cotton Gildan shirts are heavy first-class shirts and the printing is crisp and clear. People who see the shirt love it. It also arrived 5 days before the estimated date and I reordered twice as many 5 days later. Ain't this America!”

“The process was great. The design interface was easy to work with and I was able to get my design the way I wanted it within about 30 min (and I'm picky). Email communication was quick and easy. We were notified when the printing started and given an estimate on delivery. It was a few weeks out, but the shirts actually arrived early and are great. Good quality shirt and bold print that shows off our logo well - everyone loves it! Exactly as promised and at a much better price than several other sites. I've ordered from other sites in the past, but will go back to Ooshirts in the future.”

“I had ordered shirts from other companies and was upset about the inconsistent quality. The shirts I got from ooShirts were a much better quality for a much better price. They took time to correct potential problems with my design and be sure that I got the product I needed at a price I could afford. I knew even by the packaging when the delivery came that better care had been taken of my order than previous companies. The shipment also was 5 days ahead of schdule.”

“The portal to review work is subpar and so is the customer support. When they make an error it comes as a loss to you. So be prepared to not have needs met”

“I placed my order of shirts for a school fundraiser and they never arrived. When I contacted the company, they said my order was cancelled and they would refund me. No communication until I contacted them! It was extremely unprofessional and frustrating!”
