“I ordered 8 shirts from ooShirts. I received only 5 shirts ! The color was wrong on the front design, and the back logo was printed 7.5 in below the tagline, not the normal 4in. I tried to get them to reprint them, but their customer service took so long(more than 2 weeks) to give me an answer, because they kept asking for more pictures! Anyway, now I'm scrambling to get these printed in 2 days from another company.”

“It was very easy to create a design, select from the variety of apparel items and complete the order. The staff is responsive and helpful when I did need to reach out with questions, and the quality of the items was fantastic! My order arrived early and I am very pleased with the shirts, especially since I ordered both children and adult sizes and different colors for each group.”

“For the most part my order was spot on. There was a couple of areas on the print where it was a bit fuzzy but I don't think it's on the fault of ooshirts. I think it has more to do with the design itself. Other than that I'm 100% satisfied with my order. I will be ordering from these guys again.”

“I have gone back and forth with them for 2 weeks, and cannot get an answer about when my order will be delivered. I had guaranteed May 28 delivery, but it is June 4 and still no shirts, and no idea when they will be shipped. Everytime I do an online chat or phone call, I am given the run around and told that they will email me back and they only communicate via email. I never receive an email back. I have requested a full refund, but have yet to hear back.”

“I ordered shirts from this company on May 17, using a photo of a friend for his bachelor party and made payment. On May 20, they tell me I have to pay an extra $86 for it to be printed via DTG Print so I paid the extra amount. They sent me various emails from May 20 to June 3 stating the shirts were in production and would only take 11 days before shipping. On June 3 I** call this company requesting an update on my order. They then proceed to tell me FOURTEEN DAYS LATER that they cannot produce the shirts using the photo. The event is next week.”

“amazing, hassle free set up and user-friendly design interface! The range of shirt styles and makes, along with the artist review option make the process very thorough without too much effort! I'm an educator and use this site to make shirts for my students on field day and my Lego league team and the kids go nuts for the finished product! The educator discount is also helpful!! “They were easy to work with. They were very patient with me. We went back and forth A LOT before finally getting the shirt right and they were there and reachable every step of the way.
