Using open doors house trade in process was quick, easy, and hassle free! One day to the next you sell your home and buy the next. Then next thing you know your moving into your new house with easy. The open door team guided me through the process step by step and my dash board was easy to follow and ensure all the (i)s were dotted and (t)s were crossed.

Opendoor staff was accomodating and helpful. Especially Margo and Kaysha. Everything went as advertised. Not sure if there is even a need for real estate agents anymore. Opendoor is a gamechanger in the real estate world.

Having 4 children, my wife and I did not have the ability to do a traditional listing and showing process, so Opendoor was perfect for us. We filled out the info on our home and had an offer the next day. After that it was just a matter of scheduling the assessment and picking our closing date. Our Closing Manager, Lisa, was responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable. I would strongly recommend Opendoor based on my experience with them.

When I decided to sell my house I did not want to deal with a realtor and wonder how long it would take to sell. I am single and on a fixed income. I just needed to sell because of the expense of home care. I was very skeptical of Opendoor because of all of the bad reviews I read. They were awesome. Everything was done as promised and sometimes faster. I would recommend them to anyone.

I kept thinking selling my house to open door was too easy to be true. Fair offer, fair repair pricing, great experience. I’d make a commercial to tell everyone how great Opendoor is.

We had to sell our home quickly due to my partner and I getting a divorce. the entire process with open-door took less than a month and was more than fair with their offer. I would highly recommend Open Door to anyone wanting to sell their home quick, easily, and for a great prophet

MY EXPERIENCE WAS WONDERFUL. THEY WERE HONEST AND UPFRONT ON EVERY POINT OF MY SALE. THEIR OFFER WAS IN THE MIDDLE OF WHAT A REALTOR HAD TOLD ME TO EXPECT. THE COST WAS ALL SPELLED OUT, NO SURPRISES- CLOSING COST WERE LOWER THAN NORMAL, AND REPAIRS WERE WHAT I EXPECTED PLUS THEY TOOK CARE OF THEM AFTER WE CLOSED. CLOSING WAS VERY SIMPLE- A NOTARY CAME TO MY HOME- I SIGNED & FUNDS WERE PUT INTO MY ACCOUNT THE SAME DAY. IF YOU WANT A "NO HASSLE" SALE GIVE OPEN DOOR A SHOT-

The whole experience was awesome! There was no way I was going to be able to upgrade my home, stage and keep it clean for prospective buyers coming in and out to look at the house hoping they like it. It was all too much.....until I heard an advertisement for OpenDoor.com. They made me a really good offer on my 15 year old home and once I agreed, it was smooth sailing after that. The only stressful part was moving everything out by the 60 day closing date. The whole selling and closing experience was seamless and zero problems. I accomplished what I set out to do, pay off my old home and have 20% to put down on new home. I'm very happy with Open Door and will refer to any of my friends thinking about selling their home.

When I decided to move closer to my parents, I was dreading putting my house on the market and all of the related inconvenience. I reached out to Opendoor and received a very fair offer. The whole process was fast, thorough and professional, and I was able to close on my schedule. I highly recommend Opendoor to anyone looking to sell their house in Denver.

The process with OpenDoor went very smoothly and was very easy. Except for closing, which was at a Starbucks near our new home with a Notary, everything was done from the comfort of the home I was selling. The process of getting original offer, assessment of repairs and final walk through was simple and during times convent for me. The net value of our offer was within expectations based on my prior estimate of the value of my home. Also, when I things went quicker than expect with our new home, OpenDoor even allowed us to pull our closing in two weeks so we would have ownership of an empty house for too many weeks.

We have purchased and sold residences several times previously. We tried OpenDoor because we were moving long-distance in mid-winter and had already purchased our next home. Selling quickly to OpenDoor avoided a couple of months loan payments, taxes, and utilities on the home. OpenDoor has a rigid purchase model with little flexibility. It is all done online. This made us somewhat uncomfortable. We knew the home needed some painting and a thorough cleaning. OpenDoor's inspection was thorough and found a few other things. OpenDoor's offer was fair. However, we were very surprised by the 6% fee they charged. Local Realtors only charge 5%. A disturbing aspect of selling to OpenDoor is you never see a company representative and you have NO ONE representing you or watching out for your interests as you would have with a Realtor. We also were passed from person to person, always by phone or email, as we proceeded thru the process. We were very disappointed in their choice of title company - Ticor. Ticor fees were almost double other local title companies and their agent became almost belligerent when I told her of comparable title company fees. We signed 5 days before closing because OpenDoor will not close until the house is empty. We had to sign on Thursday so we could be there when the packers came on Friday and Monday and the moving truck on Tuesday. The OpenDoor representative, who had no identification, came Tuesday evening to take pictures and collect the keys. We stayed in a motel that night. Closing was the next day while we were traveling. Another problem with Ticor, they did not promptly distribute the payouts. They took nearly 2 weeks to pay the final city utility bill, forcing us to pay it and look for a reimbursement, which, after a month, has yet to arrive. They also over-withheld on the home equity loan, causing the bank to have to send us a check the following month for the excess amount. I have NEVER had such problems with a title company before. In summary, if you need to sell a home quick and don't want to deal with repairs or showings, OpenDoor may be your ticket. Otherwise, use a GOOD Realtor who will assist you and ensure you get a fair price and a good title company. Remember, it is your choice.

Our decision to use Open Door was based on the idea of using new methodology rather than the old standard of a real estate listing. Open Door responded quickly to our inquiry, the staff pleasant and thoroughly answered our questions- after all this was new. The inspector’s process was not too intrusuve or lengthy. When it came to the closing paperwork a Notorary Public was sent to our home. My husband said it was the most painless closing we have ever had. Final date was a quick walk through and keys, 5 minutes.

My overall experience with Opendoor was positive but my initial experience with their suggested escrow company was negative. However, this began more favorable once I was in contact with the manager of the escrow company.

I know the process is easy with opendoor this is my 3rd investment home I have sold to opendoor and the process is painless. I have try a nother company this 3rd time, before I picked opendoor. Just see what they would offer, I picked opendoor because they beat the competitors offer. Just give them a try you are under no obligation to take their offer.
