“I wanted to sell my home (which I was renting) in Oregon while I was out of the country for a few months. The Opendoor team was great at coordinating everything with my property manager and ensuring everything was seamless across the various teams such as the Title Company. I was able to visit a notary in Europe and close the deal. The time line was probably shorter as compared to listing the home and staging it for viewing. It was definitely much less of a hassle as compared to listing the home for sale. Brock who was my point of contact with Opendoor was always on top of things, very prompt and made coordinating everything quite convenient. I couldn't be happier. I like the Opendoor process which is completely transparent. I would recommend Opendoor to my friends and family.”

“Offer me less than I paid 15 years ago. After a 12% fee I would lose 50K using this service. They are looking for idiots so they can rob them. BEWARE! Had several realtors that said it was worth 100K more than I paid so they were trying to make 150K. WOW”

“Opendoor provided excellent home sale service from start to end.Best of all,there were no pre-scheduled home visits or inconvenience in selling my home.It was great communication via email,text or phone with my assigned opendoor manager,and home advisor through out the home selling process.I definitely recommend opendoor to anyone considering to sale their home.Best of luck to opendoor and staff.”

“We had a very pleasant experience selling our home through Open Door. We sold quickly with low stress and no surprises. Everything was explained thoroughly and there were no surprises. We definitely recommend Open Door.”

“We wanted to sell our home and build. We had a few problems however. We couldn’t close on our old house until after Feb 3 rd because we wouldn’t have owned it for 2 years until then. (Tax issues ). They wouldn’t start our new house until our old one had a contract. Also my son, who was building , had sold his house and was living with us with his cats and dogs. It was impossible to list our house. We tried open door. I wasn’t pleased with the first offer so I called Garrett. He said to send the comps I used. He was able to raise the offer and we accepted. They came out , inspected and had a list of repairs , painting etc. we offered to split the difference and they agreed. We closed , were able to stay in house 2 days after closing to finish up. It was a great experience. Loved working with them. No issues st all.”

“My wife and myself have bought and soled at lest 8 homes if our life time and this had to be the most smoothest transition we have ever been though. everything was on time. and we closed on the date they said. Very happy with Opendoor and will us them again. Thanks”

“Worst possibly customer service took 6 days to hear back from anyone after submitting a offer then got emails and calls from random people to never talk to again that knew nothing about the transaction or the next steps then they are very one sided and impossible to work with and overlook every request you make only willing to make several small repairs when the inspector found many issues with the house that are all major issues”

“I was weary on using Opendoor at first, and to be honest I am so glad we did. My husband worked directly with Jalen throughout the process. Opendoor showed up when they said they would for the inspection, always was professional in a timely manor, and did exactly what was promised on our timeline. Also, Jason at Midtown Property and Law was very pleasant to deal with.”

“Having 4 children, my wife and I did not have the ability to do a traditional listing and showing process, so Opendoor was perfect for us. We filled out the info on our home and had an offer the next day. After that it was just a matter of scheduling the assessment and picking our closing date. Our Closing Manager, Lisa, was responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable. I would strongly recommend Opendoor based on my experience with them.”
