“Admittedly I was skeptical to go this route selling our home but it was such a great process. No showings, flexible move out, lease back and no cleaning.. all the things I hate about selling. I definitely recommend Opendoor.”

“The process is very simplistic and hassle free. I was very skeptical at first and honestly throughout the process but my client advisor kept me updated and answered every question thoroughly and quickly. I did not have to list my home and have dozens of strangers walking through at unexpected times during the day and with a small child in the home, that made it even better. We are currently renting the home we sold back from Opendoor while we are preparing to close on our new home. Another GREAT perk they offer. We could not be happier with this experience.”

“I sold my condo to Opendoor. The closing date was 06/01/2021. After signing the closing document on 05/28/2021, we expected to receive $280522.42 that is the DUE-TO-SELLER amount shown on the closing statement. They called me on 06/02/2021 and told me that they made a mistake on one of their documents and asked me to sign an addendum. This addendum states to void $5000 credit to the sellers. They assured me that it was just for documentation purposes and nothing would change. I thought it was weird at first, but they told me that signing the addendum wont change anything. I trusted Opendoor. So I signed the document. They sent me $276721.09 on 06/03/2021. I was puzzled why there was $3801.33 short. They told me the reason was I signed the addendum. I was shocked! Even though it is not a lot of money, how can Opendoor just lie to their customers who are willing to try a new way to sell their property to them? I dont know how much $3801.33 means to this publicly traded corporation, but it means a lot to me. It means a lot to me, not only because I lost $3801.33, but also because I took their words for it and the Opendoor failed my trust. If anyone plans to sell your property to Opendoor, please be aware of how they practice their business. I am not going to disclose their employees' names here. If anyone wants to verify my comments, I will provide more details.”

“Awsome Company. They will meet you at top market value. And treat you fair and honest. And great coustomer service. Iam sharing my experience with friends and family already. They close quick. And they have many of programs to chose from. They offer help with your new purchase. This company offers plenty of different options to make sure they can make it happen for your Realestate needs that you are looking to get done.I can say you won’t be disappointed.”

“Tarah Farber came along during times when I was wondering if this was the right time to buy a new house. I was losing faith because the demand was higher than the supply. Then, we found "the" house and with her assistance and constant communication between us and the seller's listing agent, my wife and I put a contract on a house that we thought was going to be beyond our reach. Thank you Tarah for everything that you have done and will always be my recommendation for anyone interested in purchasing a home, especially, during these crazy times. “We were impressed how efficient and professional the whole team and process went. Definitely would recommend this option to anyone looking to sell and move quicker than going through the traditional realtor route having to show the house before getting an offer. “This was so much easier than we expected. We just packed everything up and swept the floor, that's it. We went to the title company, signed papers and was funded that same day within hours. There is no way out could have any easier or faster. Thank you opendoor, our experience was so much better then we could have expected and will definitely use them again if we seek another house. Would love to use them to buy a house except they sadly are not in our area”
