“I was in a financial mess and it was getting worse everyday. I could not pay my mortgage I was barely keeping my utilities paid. I choose Opendoor thru seeing the many commercials that came on the TV. I needed a quick and easy sale and I got that with Opendoor I got more than enough to start over without all the debt hanging over me. I definitely recommend Opendoor for their quick and seamless process.”

“Due to unforeseen circumstances, we needed to quickly sell our house and move closer to family, particularly my wife’s 92-year-old father. Our homeowners insurance required us to replace the roof before renewing the policy, with estimates nearing $20,000. Additionally, there were other repairs needed to prepare the house for showings. That’s when I discovered Opendoor, which buys houses as-is. After answering a few questions on their website, I received an estimated price range within minutes. I was pleasantly surprised by their offer, so I proceeded by uploading pictures of the house. A very pleasant gentleman then came to verify the condition, then they finalized the price which was satisfactory to me. So I decided to move forward with the sales agreement. There was no appraisal requirement or contingencies. The agreement obligated Opendoor to buy the house at the agreed-upon price but did not obligate me to sell it to them. It even allowed me to market the house for sale if I chose to. Opendoor would also market the house for sale with their offer as a price floor. I was more interested in a quick sale and was satisfied with their purchase price, so I did not attempt to sell it otherwise. The transaction was completed smoothly, and the proceeds cleared escrow and were deposited into my account without any issues. I couldn’t be happier with my choice to sell to them and the entire process. I strongly recommend considering Opendoor when you want to sell your home.”

“Opendoor(the best accurate offer from over thirty buyers)was as professional an experience as could have imagined. My whole process(handled by a most courteous and knowledgeable lady Ms Kecia Prince)completed in just 2 weeks. From informative initial briefing to easy quick video showing and the appraisal, a final offer to my surprise was sent the next day to my $atisfaction. Ms Prince then referred a very efficient title agent who called next day and was thorough. She was also as helpful and freindly as Ms Prince, setup the closing that night! Sale funds then transferred date due!! WOW referred my brother to Ms Prince. Thanks again to Ms Prince+Opendoor.”

“I had my mother's house to sell from 400 miles away. The house was nice, but dated. Opendoor gave me an offer that I thought was fair, including their repair costs. They were very responsive to questions and closing was remote and smooth. Saved me from dealing with a realtor and attempting to make repairs myself.”

“We absolutely loved the process of selling our home to open door! Efficient, fast, seamless, fair, and great customer service! Shoutout to Andre Reeves! She was amazing to work with! “I was going through a divorce and needed a quick sell solution to settle the our equity distribution requirements. I contacted Opendoor via the web page and had an offer within 24 hours. I accepted the offer which I thought was extremely fair, as the house needed a few minor repairs that I didn't have the time to do. Most signature requirements were done remotely and the final sign-off with the title company was done by a mobile notary. Everything start to finish was a simple, timely process. Communication from Opendoor was precise and to the point in explaining the process. Thanks Opendoor for making the process as painless as possible so I can move on with the next chapter of my life.”

“Inspections, showings, preparing your house to be a presentation piece… this is what I dreaded during the home selling process. We had gotten too large for our home and needed an upgrade. I was going to have to go through all of those dreaded components. Then i received a mailer from OpenDoor that promised to remove all of those dreadful dealings. I called, did a virtual tour, opened my home for a 20 minute inspection, then received the offer. I accepted and found our dream home thanks to OpenDoor. During the entire process, I was waiting for the proverbial shoe to fall. It never happened. I signed some documents, moved out of our house, took some pictures, and that was it… I couldn’t believe how easy the process was to sell our home. I have recommended OpenDoor to others as an easy way to sell your home without the hassles that normally accompany the process.”

“Easy as 1-2-3! One moment I was researching my home’s value on Zillow, the next I was clicking “get a cash offer now!” and setting up a closing date! I have bought and sold 5 houses in my lifetime and this was the smoothest, easiest sale of all. No showings, no inspection, no staging, no hassle. It was such a great experience, I’ve been telling everyone I know about it!”
