“After researching the pros / cons of using Opendoor vs conventional agent or even FSBO, I decided there were only pros. Opendoor had a competitive offer and allowed me to set the closing date months out. I didn’t have to stress about showings or worry about clean up. The contract was astonishingly in my favor - I could back out anytime up to closing. My assigned liaison, Matthew, was very upbeat, transparent and professional. I am impressed by Opendoor and glad I sold my home through them.”

“The Opendoor experience was amazing. They made the process so easy. All questions were answered in a timely fashion. The fact that there were no showings was definitely a plus. The amount that the house sold for was exceptional. The money was in my account in less than 24 hours. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants to sell their home.”

“First: classic bait and switch. They give you a good offer, but then as you read down you realize that, despite there not BEING any realtor involved, they are still going to charge you 3% as if there was. Second, they make the offer, but then, once more, you read down their offer and they're removing thousands of dollars for repairs. Lather, rinse, repeat - it's not an honest way to do business, you get this HUGE font line with their "best offer" and then read down and realize that the real offer is 50, 60, 70 thousand less. It's all verrrry disingenuous. "We will pay you $500,000!" But by the time you get past their fees, repair deductions (which are not itemized mind you) and their terms, you wind up being at or below just about every other "pay cash" investor who is low-balling your home. So at first it appears to be your best option, but by the time you figure out what they really intend to pay you it's a low-ball insult. It's one thing to make profit, it's something entirely different to bait-and-switch the customer. Just go with a straight forward company where you don't have to read past that seemingly decent initial offer to get to the "real" amount they're going to pay you, it's easier when there's not a lot of fluff and attempts to distract you from what they are actually offering.”

“From start to finish OpenDoor walk me through everything and it hassle-free and pain-free. I closed on my house in 14 days and got paid in the same day. They accommodated my every need and gave me a more than fair bid. Kylie Will was always available when I had questions and JANENE K. BRUNELL at OS National was amazing as well. Very good customer service and a company of their word. Would definitely recommend them. I am very satisfied with my experience.”

“I am so pleased with the service provided by Opendoor. I wanted to sell my rental property quickly. Not only did they honor my request for a quick sale but they gave me my asking price. The process was seamless and from inspection to closing to receiving my funds it only took 3 weeks. It doesn't get any better than that. Thank you Opendoor!! Rep Adolph Pearson was thorough and clearly explained the process. He was available every step of the way. Closing agent Nigel Phillips was just as thorough and accommodating. I truly appreciate it and would recommend Opendoor”

“Open door was very good to me .I sold my house about six months before my new home was built.They let me stay in my home until my new home was built.When the new home was done ,we closed easily. They paid me the very next day .I needed the money for my new house. Again they let me stay in old home after I had received my money for one more week for free . Who does that .What a beautiful company.I love open door.”

“Aliyah did a great job of getting my family through the process of selling our house to Opendoor. We were skeptical at first because we have never heard of Opendoor. After doing some research we found that it was a legitimate company. The process of selling our home to them was fast and easy. They were very flexible and gave us a competitive market value for our home. I would recommend selling your home to Opendoor if you are looking into this option. Aliyah did a wonderful job of communicating the steps of selling our home to them and followed up to make sure the process was going smoothly.”

“Opendoor made the home selling experience pleasant with minimal stress. From a very fair offer, great communication, and allowing my family and I to use the home a few days after closing…it all seemed to good to be true. Then Opendoor deposited our proceeds less than 24 hrs after closing. I’d give them 6 stars if it was possible!!”

“At first I thought it was to good to be true, but was quickly reassured that this is legit. My experience was so smooth that I still cannot believe it happened as stated on the app and webpage. My story is not fantastic, but it is true and believe me you will love the experience. The process is all on you, once you get the offer, you accept or decline, if you accept then you pick a date for closing. Follow what is asked of you and once closed get the money owed if there is a difference between what you owe and the offer plus cost. I received my funds the day after closing. Yes, the day after closing the funds were in my account.”

“What a wonderful and easy process for selling my home. It was so easy and smooth. Granger was the representative I worked with and he was great. After agreeing to sell he was always available when I had questions and responded promptly. I would recommend this to anyone. From beginning to end it was great. It sure beat having to show the home and deal with all that.”
