“My experience selling to Opendoor was an absolute pleasure. I only met with one inspector at my home for about 20 minutes and received my official offer the next day. It was very fair and the closing took place online. It was so easy to get the offer, even if I had declined it, I feel like I would have not wasted much time at all. I chose my closing date 45 days out, which was a great option to coordinate moving. I didn't even have to contact my HOA or the electric company. Totally professional service. I couldn't be more pleased.”

“Open Door takes care of all repairs and upgrades which made mine and my husband’s life so much easier, we just packed everything up, cleaned and moved and they did the rest. It is a complete nightmare to hire workmen for some reason so we didn’t have to worry about that at all. Turn it over and sale to Open Door and they do all the hard work.”

“I work full time from home, for me selling quickly conventionally was not going to work so I turned to opendoor and the process was super smooth and they took care of everything. The offer they gave was ballpark around what I was thinking so I'm very pleased with the sale. I had so much happening around me and selling a house in midst of all of this was not going to be easy but opendoor helped.”

“TRASH! Not worth the 1 star need for the review. We had an appointment for Open Door to view the property in hopes of them increasing their initial low-ball offer. I sat in the car waiting for almost an hour just to receive an email that the appointment was canceled. The whole while, I was texting the phone # Open Door was communicating with me on AND was referred to. I texted and left messages because no one was answering the #. Nor were they responding to texts. I then get a voicemail from a # my carrier thought was spam saying he knocked at the door. He must've been at the wrong house. Open Door is not worth the headache with their low-ball offers & poor communication. And they want you to put aside a 4 hour window then lack proper follow through.”

“I chose to go with Opendoor because of the convenience of selling my home without having open houses, and showings. I have a child on the Autism Spectrum who has extreme difficulty with change and wouldn’t be able to handle people going in and out of our home. Working with Opendoor was very easy, fast, and professional. They were very understanding with my situation. I would use them again in the future.”

“I heard about Opendoor through a flyer I received and I'm SO glad that I reached out. I was in a pickle and needed to sell my house that needed quite a bit of TLC quickly and didn't want to go through the hassle of showings or anything else for that matter. Chris was amazing and conducted a facetime walkthrough of my place (no cleaning required), as well as answered all my questions thoroughly. He was always quick to respond via text and was more than helpful throughout the entire process. Opendoor gave me the best offer and was by far the least problematic in comparison to cash offers and other companies I talked to. I'm so grateful to Opendoor for making the process easier than I ever could've imagined!”
