“The Opendoor approach to buying a home so far for us has been great. There are 2 opportunities that we have learned thru sweat and tears that could have been better. First, be sure that the agent that you use is strictly an Opendoor agent. Many of the policies are not so well explained even to most agents. We lost many opportunites because of this. Second, the original policy that Opendoor purchase the home with a cash offer should have been extended, and explained better to buyers and agents. By the time we found an agent that really knew this program and put it into action for us, we had only about 5 days before the program ended. We are moving forward with our current offer on a house and hope to close soon. Good luck to all, and hopefully us too.”

“I could not be happier with Opendoor. We’ve bought/sold six homes over our lifetime and this was by far the easiest and fastest transaction. The bid was extremely competitive and the flexibility was exactly what we needed. They allowed for a late checkout and the process was very simple. I’ve already told friends and family. If we sell again, we will use Opendoor.”

“Working with OpenDoor was ALMOST too good to be true. They were super communicative whenever I had questions, and they were not "pushy" at all. The transaction was smooth as butter, and it left my friends and neighbors dumbfounded as to the ease of the transaction. If you want a hassle-free home sale, go with OpenDoor!”

“I sold my home with open door. Symone Stewart was absolutely incredible. She answered all of my questions in a timely and professional manner. Not once did I call or send an email and she ignored me or delayed her response. The offer I received allowed me to save money and not worry about fixing up to sale. It was done so quickly and efficiently I recommend it for everyone. My neighbor sold his house to Opendoor as well! Amazing!!!!!!”

“Open door has been a dream to work with during what at times was a very stressful event. They were very supportive And communicated consistently throughout the whole process. Any question I had they were there to answer. The only issue I had with the entire process was dealing with the closing attorney's office that they selected And when I connected with the right people in that office things were very smooth from then on. Open Door Did a wonderful job and if I had another house to sell I would definitely go through them!! And just pick another closing attorney!”

“From the start it was difficult to view the house. Due the app and incorrect codes. There were notes in the mailbox from frustrated potential buyers. Opendoor realtor Jake was difficult for our agent to deal with. The only good part was our Opendoor Mortgage loan officer Jack Bishop. But after it left his hands to underwriting LaTrice was difficult to deal with. She would request information but never acknowledged receiving that info. She would not respond to emails or answer her phone. Then after closing or realtor and Jack Bishop had to fight for hours to get the code so we could access and take possession of our home. Come to find out Jake (opendoor realtor) had the code all along just didn't send it until after 6:00pm.”

“Working with Opendoor was great. It really was smooth and painless. There were couple small hiccups with closing attorney but Tye and his team work hard and got them fixed right away. I have already told friends about Opendoor and how fair the offer was. No showings and no back and forth with buyers. Highly recommend”
