“Opendoor really helped my family sell our home quickly for a fair price. We didn’t want to fix anything nor did we want to wait for others closing to go through. We chad a conference call on June 4th and closed on July 1st. Thanks Opendoor for making the process so easy and efficient.”

“Opendoor made the sale of my mom’s home so easy. The offer was good and did not change during the process. Our transactions were online which made things very convenient for my 87 yo mom. Last, but certainly not least, their service was awesome. I totally recommend Opendoor to anyone looking for a fast and hassle free way to sell a property.”

“Honestly, it was such a great experience. It seemed smoother when we bought or sold houses in the past. It was hassle-free, a higher offer than other competing companies and we had the flexibility to choose our closing date (which helped us out a lot and relieve a lot of stress since we were moving across the country and didn't have a place to stay if we closed sooner). We would definitely consider using Opendoor again in the future, and would recommend it to friends if they were selling as well! Thank you for the great experience Opendoor, we appreciate it.”

“Our experience partner did a fantastic job with handling the sale of our home. This entire process was so seamlessly done, I am in awe! Opendoor - please keep doing what you guys are doing - this is revolutionary. We are relocating to NJ from NV and the home selling process was stressing us out very much. “I was skeptical at first. Offer was more than my realtor said we would get. Offer process was quick. We picked our closing date. We didn't have to have showings or keep the house perfect like you would with selling on the MLS. CLOSING was done online when it was convenient for us. You don't get that with traditional closing. We would do this again in the future”

“This was a very pleasant experience from the beginning to the end. I had an excellent specialist Granger. Always available for any questions I had and responded promptly. They worked with me when my dates needed to change and kept me informed when things needed doing. At the end I uploaded videos and it was complete. I highly recommend.”

“I had a contract to sell my house to Opendoor. They went through the inspection process and found nothing that they wanted repaired. Less than 3 business days from our agreed closing date, they cancelled the contract, with NO explanation!!!! Do NOT EVER trust Opendoor for ANYTHING! Never, ever believe that you have a contract with them, they are NOT to be trusted! EVER!”

“I was using the realtor that helped 2 of my friends. She gave me away to her partner. The partner messed up 3 offers multiple times and showed up impaired to multiple showings so I switched to OpenDoor. OpenDoor was super easy to use, schedule, talk to and discuss options, and my Under List Price offer was accepted within a week!! I’d been searching for 4 months and every offer with my previous realtor was at least $10k over asking! My OpenDoor realtor advised me against an overpriced offer as it’s not a good investment. My needs were considered and protected! Thanks to Daniel FAINSHTEIN at OpenDoor!”

“If you want to sell your home legitimately as soon as possible with as little effort as possible, then OpenDoor is your answer. My wife and I contemplated moving out of state (across the country) and determined all requirements in order to execute that process. We started conversations with OpenDoor to learn that we would just have them do their required inspections, and if we received an offer that we had no obligations to accept it. We already knew our market price as well. So, we put our "moving out of state" plan in place within the time frame allowed to make a decision (7-9 days; they are flexible). We were able to talk to a builder and get under contract by the time we had to go back to OpenDoor with our decision. The best part - OpenDoor allows you 9 months to close on your house IF YOURE BUILDING YOUR NEXT HOUSE. This was a no-brainer for us because we could focus solely on our move. Seriously, thanks so much for taking the most stressful part of the process away from us! I've moved over 10 times in my life, and this was the best one yet.”

“Honestly, I was skeptical...selling a home can be terrifying...especially without the support of a skilled real estate agent. Well, I might just be Opendoor's biggest fan now! From start to finish the process was seamless and easy. What they promised is what I got. I was able to get all of my questions answered almost immediately via phone, text, or email. The offer they made was fair and their fees were reasonable. We closed within just a couple of weeks with no issues. We are SO happy with the service we received from Opendoor.”
