“Entire team of Opendoor is great and worked as team from beginning to end. It worked out well despite I had tenant since it was seamless transition without disturbing tenants. I was able to close in 70 days since needed to give 60 day notice to tenant.”

“All process was easy from the beginning to the end. No need to leave the property during the process for potential buyers. Opendoor even offered us 7 days with no charge after the closing date. I would recommend Opendoor to anyone who wants to sell properties as quickly as possible.”

“We were skeptical at first, but after doing the preliminary offer and then getting the offer, we were pleased with the whole process. They were easy to talk to and didn't make me feel like I was asking a stupid question. We were able to pick our own closing date to accommodate for school being out. Would definitely recommend and would sell with them again.”

“I loved the simplicity of working with OpenDoor. I sold a unit through a traditional realtor at the same time I sold one to OpenDoor. I received relatively the same price but with a fraction of the work and closed weeks earlier even when the other sale was a cash sale. They are banking on getting a higher resale price than I gave them but for me to get that price would require work and risk that I'm not interested in taking. I am calling them first on the next property I liquidate.”

“My open door agent was prompt to answer my questions and their offer held true from beginning to end. They let me change my closing date. The offer price was more than fair and the fees were reasonable considering there were no realtor fees. It was such a smooth and easy process! I've sold and bought before and this was so simple. “If you have ANY doubts, DON’T!!! BEST DECISION we made during our home selling process was to use OpenDoor. Extremely easy, hassle free and convenient. We didn’t have to worry about any open houses, buyers dropping out of escrow, or completing any repairs. It was SO simple that I thought there was something I was missing or something more I should have been doing! The money hit my bank account the day after we closed. GREAT COMPANY & experience. Thank you OpenDoor for taking the extra stress out of an already stressful process!”

“When I first heard about Opendoor my wife and I was very skeptical. More times than not if it sounds too good to be true it usually is. But in this case it was all true. The process, customer service, offer and settlement worked out great. The process was efficient, straightforward and convenient. The customer service was amazing. We had someone assigned to us the whole way. And gave us great information whenever we needed. The settlement and offer exceeded all expectations. The offer was much more than I asked for. The closing went smoothly and we received our settlement within a few hrs after we closed. We was able to stay in the house up to 17 days after closing. Just read the details in the information section they provided. Honestly nothing about the whole process was difficult at all to understand or comprehend. And we never felt pressured to do anything. I could go on for hrs about the program but it speaks for itself. Our experience was great and I we highly recommend Opendoor. Thank you Opendoor for an amazing experience.”

“Jonathan Tauber and the entire staff at Opendoor were amazing! I wasn’t sure about the entire process since I had never sold a property in this non-traditional way so I wasn’t sure what to expect. I would recommend this to everyone. It was such a smooth process and a great experience dealing with their knowledgeable staff. Whenever I had a question, Jonathan or someone from Opendoor was quick to respond and always very professional. I’ve been bragging to all of my friends and family about what a good decision I made by choosing Opendoor. Yes, there are other companies out there that purchase homes as well. But I highly doubt they would be up to my high standards. I’m now spoiled by the excellent experience that I had. So when I go to sell another home, I will most definitely choose Opendoor and Jonathan Tauber as well! Thank you for the chance to share my story😊”
