“My experience with opendoor was initially one of skepticism. There were some communication issues when i started working with opendoor but once but that was resolved all went well. I got the offer for my home in 2 days. Once i accepted the offer i selected the closing date. I received the funds 2 days after my closing. Opendoor allows for 7 free days for you to stay in the home after the sale. All of this is done online. They do assign an opendoor team that you will work with. I would definitely use opendoor again in the near future. Thank you OpenDoor.”

“It’s been a very pleasant experience working with Opendoor. At the beginning, I was very skeptical about selling my house to Opendoor but they gave me a fair offer and made things very easy for me. I was able to close my house as planned and even got to stay in the house for 11 extra days after closing for a very reasonable charge. I highly recommend Opendoor to anyone who is interested in selling their houses.”

“The best stress free, most comfortable, easiest way to sell my beloved house. My offer was way over the realtor ‘s initial price point. Open Door was super communicative the whole way through - I wanted to close in June 2022 when school got it out and they were super awesome about that; the realtor wanted me to close on his preferred date. I signed the contract with OpenDoor in March and had the last 3 months of the school year stress free because OpenDoor was willing to work with my schedule. The closing office they chose was super easy to deal with and they even sent a mobile notary to my new address to sign the closing paperwork. The contract I signed in March for my initial offer was the contract we closed with in June - nothing changed. I would most definitely recommend and use OpenDoor again in the future if selling another home. I couldn’t be happier and I tell everyone of my fantastic experience.”

“Opendoor was so easy to work with! We were moving out of state and were under a time crunch. They did a zoom walk through and inspected the outside of the property and then we closed in 2 weeks! We were very happy with the offer and process. Everyone was prompt and responsive and explained things throughly.”
