“They are just impossible to buy from, they never respond to calls, it takes them days to respond to an email. they don't even read the contract before rejecting it for a "mistake" that isn't even there (I think they get the contracts mixed up). They insist on a short closing time, and they want double the normal escrow amount, then they drag their feet on every thing for their end and run out the closing time. I'm not sure if they are malicious or just incompetent.”

“Simple process with virtual or recorded showing, a scheduled walk-around for the exterior, and a generous offer on my home within a week. I set the closing date and could change if I needed more time or could make the move sooner. Brady Schmitt with Opendoor was patient, flexible, and very knowledgeable making the experience even better. From start to the wire transfer, the entire experience was via phone, text, or email and not a single face to face meeting. I watched as many of my neighbors and acquaintances prepared their homes for the market, had open house events, scheduled showings, with a longer process, lower offers and some buyers cancelling the contract for whatever reason. I will definitely use Opendoor on my next home sale and highly recommend Opendoor to anyone selling their home. You have nothing to lose by allowing Opendoor to make an offer.”

“I have a serious heart condition, so people coming through my condo was not good for me. Open Door buying my condo at a fair price was convenient and easy.”

“It was a very hassle free experience, no people coming through our house, no showings at all. We had to delay our closing a couple of times and they worked with us and made it very easy. We would definitely recommend open door to anyone!”

“Working with Opendoor was a great experience. Their offer and process were very easy and simple. “I'm a real estate agent that has been working in the Portland, OR metro area for six years and have worked extensively with iBuyer Home Partners of America so I understand institutional buying in a predominately private marketplace. I recently sold one of my seller client's home to Opendoor and I'm impressed by Opendoor's process and integrity from beginning to end. If you are considering selling to an iBuyer, Opendoor is one you should try first. Their service is not a bait and switch and not an under-arm pitch to get your business. Other big companies (you probably already know) are getting into the business, but it seems Opendoor is the only one meaning to stay in it.”
