“I was very leary at first. Seemed to be too good to be true. But Luke from OD and Kathy from OSN were great to work with. Once I got my initial quote, I was curious to see how it would play out. So I scheduled the zoom call to look at my house. Then a week or so later an OD rep came to my house to see it in person and take some pictures. That took all of 20 mins. Then just a few short hours later I relieved my final quote from OD, and it was $7K more than my initial quote. And they were purchasing "as is." My husband and I decided that we had too many small details to fix, no available time off work to allow contractors in to do repairs, nowhere to take my dogs everytime we had a showing......which would be the case with going with a traditional realtor route......and decided OD was the best and easiest way to sell. Everything is done online, by email or phone call. It really was SO EASY. Once we signed the notary paperwork, our payoff was transferred into our account in 2 business days. We could not be happier than we were with this outcome.”

“My husband and I had been looking for land for months we finally found something that we were interested in so we decided to sell our home to open door for fast efficient funding. In less than a month we had our house sold and put a bid in on property to purchase. This was an awesome experience for myself and my husband.”

“This was my first time selling, and it was so easy. You follow what they say and there is no problems. I was told I would receive my money 24 hours after closing date, but I actually received my money on the closing date so made things much easier, if I ever sell again I will chose Opendoor!!”

“I have nothing but the highest praise for Opendoor. I was in a position as Power of Attorney for my sister and Opendoor came in on short notice and provided me with an offer for my sisters home that I determined was a reasonable offer after submitting the requested pictures. The next day a representative of Opendoor toured the property and Opendoor supplied me with a revised offer the same day that was $7000 higher than the original offer. Opendoor worked closely with me to get the transaction completed before my sister passed away. The closing was moved up and as her POA I was able to execute the Final Closing Documents before she passed. Opendoor was exceedingly professional and sensitive throughout the transaction. Their attention to customer satisfaction was above and beyond initial expectations.”

“It was very easy and convenient,to sell our house on opendoor, and there offer was more then we anticipated. Great working staff that they had helping us through the process, and avoided the hassle of going to a title company in person. Would recommend opendoor to anyone selling or buying a home very hassle free.”

“I needed to sell my home, but the thought of repairs, showings, etc. stressed me out. I thought it wouldn’t hurt to check out Opendoor. I’m SO happy I did! It was the easiest process and the offer was great. Honestly, I thought the whole thing was too good to be true. I kept waiting for the catch, but there wasn’t one. The person I worked with, Melissa, was excellent. The man that came to look at my house was kind and helpful. Everyone I know is blown away by how quickly and easily I sold my home. I don’t think I would’ve made more selling through the traditional route, and even my realtor said he would take the offer. Selling to Opendoor won’t make sense for everyone, but it’s 100% worth checking them out. A+++”

“It was so easy!! Stress free and they gave me a great price for my house and it was done with in 2 weeks. Highly recommend to anyone that wants to sell their house! It doesn’t hurt to check it out and see what they offer you. At first I was skeptical and sure they were going to low ball but to my surprise it was more than I thought !”

“OPENDOOR GAVE ME A FAIR PRICE ON MY HOME AND THEY WERE INFORMATIVE EVERY STEP OF THE WAY. THEY GAVE ME WEEKLY UPDATES WHICH WERE REALLY HELPFUL AS WE GOT CLOSER TO THE MOVE DATE. EVERY PERSON THAT I DEALT WITH WAS KIND, PERSONABLE AND VERY PROFESSIONAL!!”

“Opendoor is great if you want to sell your house fast. The drawbacks for selling fast with Opendoor are: 1). They give you an offer that is 30% below market value 2). They deduct for things that they need to fix 3). No real negotiations with them.”
