“My husband and I were so pleased with the experience with OpenDoor! It was fast and easy and exactly what they said it would be. There were no surprises once we moved out. “pleasant experience and fair price . Worked with Mila Altman and Luz. Both very professional and efficient and wrapped up the whole thing in under three weeks . a very smooth and efficient process with no stress. will do it again and will consider buying thru opendoor now”

“We are currently in the process of selling our home and buying another all through opendoor and for the most part the process has been pretty easy, we hit a few small snags but other than that I would say the I would definitely buy through the again”

“Cannot express how simple and pleasant our house sale went!! Our agent was great and the trust department was the greatest!! I think the fees (cleaning fee, esp) was excessive price and ease were great”

“I recently sold my house to Opendoor. Was skeptical and nervous at first, but everything went perfectly. Alex T. was very helpful during the entire process. Opendoor was very flexible with my closing date, as I had to extend it almost 6 months after initial offer. Don't be afraid to use Opendoor, it is well worth it! Thank you!”

“We started our home buy journey with Opendoor a little bit over 3 weeks ago, we are extremely satisfied with Opendoor. Schedule a tour through Opendoor APP is so easy and fast, all showing agents we have met are super nice and professional. Our Opendoor agent is Daniel Fainshtein, what we really appreciated about Daniel is that he never push us to buy and we never felt the pressure to make a decision. He was open and honest, he provided great advice and knowledge about the real estate market, so we were able to reach the ultimate goal to buy the house, highly recommend Opendoor to everybody.”

“The process of selling to Opendoor is quick and easy. Every step was handled online, including my meeting with the notary to sign the closing documents. Once the sale was complete, the funds were transferred to my bank account very quickly. The offer we received from Opendoor was great, and matched the current market value of our home, so we were able to get top dollar for our property without having to go through the usual process of showing the house. We are very happy we decided to work with Opendoor and couldn’t be more pleased with the result.”

“I am truly impressed! We got an initial offer price well above what I was expecting for our area. No pressure, no hassle and as a family with 5 kids and pets, I really was not looking forward to showings, open houses and the stress of keeping a house "show clean". On top that, inspections, repairs, buyer issues...this just seems the best way to go for any busy family or someone who doesn't want the hassle of a traditional sale”

“Our experience with Opendoor was flawless. We were extremely skeptical initially. We got our initial quote for our property, and expected our offer to come back way under after they did the video walk through and appraisal of the outside of the home. But even with the concession for repairs we still received a very fair offer that was on par with the initial offer. We didn’t have to do any showings, we didn’t have random people in and out of our house, there was no haggling or stress about not meeting requirements for closing. We chose our closing date, we closed and funded on time without a single issue. Any time we had a question, our contact at Opendoor, Lori, was readily available and we had a response usually within five minutes. Like I said, we were extremely skeptical initially, but we would use Opendoor again without hesitation, and would recommend them highly to anyone.”

“The Open-Door-Backed offer program is truly a GAME CHANGER! Opendoor was a huge tool in our tool belt when we decided to but in Central Texas - one of the most aggressive markets in the country. “Way over priced homes for buyers with unreasonable fees and band-aid repair jobs, such as painting cast iron plumbing. Not willing to negotiate and allows houses to sit empty. Will not pay a realtor helping you. Will not give you time to negotiate repairs. RIP OFF”
