“Open Door was great to deal with. No low ball offers and the communication was very responsive. I asked a lot of questions. We chose the closing date and even moved the date up with no problems. Open Door team was easy to work with.”

“I have sold homes to Open Door twice in 3 years and am a completely happy customer, I have encouraged other friends to utilize this service and they have also had a great experience with Open Door. My favorite part this time was being able to complete a 100% virtual closing utilizing a notary on a webcam. I thought I was just starting the paperwork, but was amazed to be able to complete the entire sale at 8 pm on a Wednesday, a few days ahead of my closing date! So convenient!!”

“Last year, my parents needed to sell their home of 52 years and we decided to give OpenDoor a try. They made a fair offer and everything went smoothly. So when we decided to sell our house, we looked at OpenDoor and a couple of other companies. OpenDoor was very responsive, came back with a great offer, and made the process smooth. Highly recommend.”

“Opendoor was very flexible to work with. We sold our home to them to go under contract to buy a new construction home. They allowed us to have an extended contract close date on the sale of our home to them, to be able to go under contract for our new build. I was able to negotiate with them on the repairs charge on their offer and after submitting documentation they adjusted their repair charge down which gave us net proceeds. They also made the process of transferring a solar panel lease to Opendoor very easy. Kristen our experience partner was really helpful in explaining their whole process and was a pleasure to work with. Opendoor's offer was very competitive and the ease of not having to deal with appraisals and inspections after the initial video walkthrough and external inspection was extremely nice. I would definitely recommend selling to Opendoor if their offer makes the most sense for your situation!”

“After being skeptical in the beginning, Opendoor proved to be above and beyond in terms of the process and professionalism in handling their purchase of our home. Everyone we came in contact with associated with this process was friendly, knew exactly what they were talking about and put to rest any fears that we might’ve had. “Selling to OpenDoor couldn’t have been easier! They are completely transparent. Offer given was more than expected. Customer Service in ALL departments was top notch. “Was told 14000$ in repairs for roof, ac, paint and flooring. Have a flat roof redone in 2022 and a newer ac maintained every 6 months under contract. Paint is fine and travertine tile is great. Was finally told that they didn’t inspect the roof or ac just going on ‘worst case scenario’. Liars! No integrity in the people we worked with. We lost the house we wanted to buy due to their lies”

“When I decided to use Opendoor to sell my house, I was worried about the response since I will be dealing with a company. But Daisha and Heather were very prompt in answering all my questions and everything proceeded like a clockwork. On the second day after the final checkout, all my utilities where transferred from my name. I am very satisfied with this selling experience.”
