“This ended up being a very easy smooth process my representative Dez was very responsive in texting and if I had to call. I understood from the get-go what their offers were entailing and there were no hidden components and everything went smoothly each step of the way was simple and very easy to understand. Would sell a house this way again if needed”

“Loved selling with Opendoor! They were fast, fair, and flexible when we wanted to sell rather than rehab a rental home. I'd have given 5 stars except that the day I closed on that sale I requested an offer on my primary home and THAT offer was not nearly as useful. It was a typical lowball offer, so I shopped it around to other buyers, I want a fast and easy sale. I really wanted to use Opendoor again, but Offerpad beat their offer on the 2nd house by a good bit, even with me being a repeat customer.”

“Hi I was a first time home seller selling my house. I didn’t know anything about the process. Opendoor was very helpful in explaining all the processes that I needed to go through. They made it very simple and they were always helpful when I called with any questions. I really appreciate Landon and Alex. Opendoor is the way to go if you want to sale.”

“We bought a new house that wasn’t finished being built and open door was able to let us stay in our house until the new one was finished being built, so we didn’t have to move twice. I doubt if we will ever move again but for some reason we will open door again.”

“We went into contract with Opendoor in May of 2022 with a new home build completion in 2023. There was some stress as to see if Opendoor would honor their contract and they most certainly did. The Management team at Opendoor was wonderful to work with and very proffesional. I would recommend Opendoor to anyone selling their home.”

“Ease of processing sale & closing sale. Always be transparent with sellers Appliances expectations. Upfront repairs, service fees at start & when advertising. Try to set closing date to match new home sale closing whenever possible. Timing was Perfect. Thanks, Open Door.”

“I think the process is great, with no showings and dealing with Realtors. The support especially those who filled in for Rachele Zitka and her as well. Natalie Moseley of OSN was superb. The only thing I didn't like was the actual payout was low as a percentage of the total.”

“Working with the OpenDoor contact, Kashawna Pinkard, was great. Selling online was a different experience, especially concerned on getting value for my property. Ended up contacting 4 different purchase companies and a real estate agent and went with the proposal from Opendoor. I did have an opportunity to negotiate the amount. My final determination was on the end sell price per sq. ft. compared to other values in the area. I think I did good.”

“They did what they said they would do, and the video walk-through and check-out procedure were very convenient. The offer we got was fair, but all sellers need to read through the fine print and ask questions where they have them.”
